We stand by our products! All HeatTrak® products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of shipment. In the unlikely event your HeatTrak® mat malfunctions, please contact us immediately. HeatTrak has the right to repair or replace any potentially defective product. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use and care, incorrect installation, or other product abuse.
